@The Station
Sitting at the Caltrain station painting a gratitude token for a vendor at our local Farmers’ Market while my kiddo is enjoying freshly-baked chocolate sourdough bread.
It's an unlikely studio, a short amount of time (this literally look 10 minutes), but a ritual that makes me feel grounded as I intentionally celebrate the everyday workers that never expect anything in return for all they do.
It really doesn’t take much to spread smiles and create connections.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about presence.
The world moves fast. But I can choose to move slowly. To make a little beauty. To see someone fully.
Give it a try sometime.
