No Fancy Supplies

My biggest painting ever—on a roll of butcher paper, painted with just my fingers and a kitchen sponge (no brushes needed!). I stuck it up on the classroom door as a thank-you to an incredible teacher, on behalf of all the kids and parents.

I wrote each of their names with my pinkie finger, one by one.

It’s messy. It’s imperfect. It’s full of love.

You don’t need fancy supplies or brand name brushes.

All you need: giving yourself permission to play.

Watch the behind-the-scenes video below. You can do this!
