Registration & Payment
What if I can't attend after registering?
Life happens! Please email me as soon as possible if you can't make it. While events are non-refundable, I'm happy to accommodate you in the next session.
I paid but didn't receive my confirmation page. What now?
Check your email for a Stripe receipt first. If you have that, you're registered! If you're missing the Zoom link or calendar details, please email me with your payment confirmation and I'll send you everything you need.
Can I register someone else or buy multiple spots?
Yes! Just purchase multiple spots during checkout and send me the names/emails of additional attendees so I can share the event details with them.
Event Day
How do I get my Zoom link?
Your Zoom link is on the confirmation page after payment and in the Google Calendar event. Add the event to your calendar when you register, and you'll have everything you need.
What should I bring?
Bring whatever creative materials you'd like to work with—pens, watercolors, scraps, thread, notebook, etc. Or bring nothing at all. Your presence is what matters most.
What if I'm running late?
No worries! The room is open. Join whenever you can - we create space for people to arrive and settle in at their own pace.
I can't find my calendar event or Zoom link. Help!
Email me and I'll resend everything you need. I keep a list of all registered participants.
Will the event be recorded?
No. Over the years, I’ve tried to be as inclusive as possible—offering self-paced courses, replay links, and flexible ways to join in.
But I’ve learned that:
Creating in community is what lights me up.
Replays, though well-intentioned, often do a disservice.
Because what makes these gatherings so rich can’t be captured in a recording. It’s the live witnessing. The back-and-forth exchanges. The energy of people showing up together. That’s where I find our connections come alive. That’s when we begin to shed, exhale, lean on each other and keep going. So, these Zoom events are live only. A small, intentional circle for those who want to connect in real time.
Technical Issues
I don’t see a way to Save My Spot!
This usually means the event is full or there's a temporary technical issue. Try refreshing the page, or email me to check if spots are still available.
I'm having trouble adding the event to my calendar.
The "Add to Calendar" link works with most calendar apps (Google, Apple, Outlook). If you're having trouble, email me and I can send you a manual calendar invite.
